Where am I?

Online Registration

Reservations are accepted and booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis when registration fees are paid. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 160 CAMPS.

Payment deadline is Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Online reservations will also close on this date. Once the booth maximum is reached, a wait list will be maintained.

Confirmation of acceptance will be sent upon receipt of both the registration form and the applicable fees. Summer Opportunities Fair reserves the right to refuse a booth registration. Additional information will be mailed to exhibitors in December.

Late Fee: Registration payment must be postmarked by December 7, 2011. Payments postmarked after December 7 will incur a late fee of $25. Registration will be canceled if payment is not received by December 16, 2011.

Cancellation Policy: Fees are refundable only for cancellations made by December 16, 2011. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after that date.
