Where am I?


Online Registration


THE FAIR IS FULL!
Please note that we allow a MAXIMUM of 160 booths each year

All camp registrations received after December 3rd will be included in a directory addendum.  

Once registration is full, camps may sign up to be on the Waiting List by completing our Online Registration.   

Cancellation date for full refund is November 30, 2018. Partial refund (50%) will be given after November 30th only if your space is filled from our waiting list.

COMMUNITY TABLE- You may send brochures to participate in our Community Table for $30. Please click here to contact us about participating in the Community Table. 

PLEASE NOTE: Sharing booths is prohibited unless both programs are affiliated with the same parent company or organization.

The registration fee for 2019 will again be $185 and includes breakfast, 2 lunches, electricity and inclusion in the virtual fair.  ONLY ONLINE CREDIT CARDS (VISA or MASTERCARD) AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AS THE FORM OF PAYMENT. 
 You will receive an e-mail confirmation when payment is received and your registration is complete. Please remember that booths are assigned in the order of PAYMENT RECEIVED. Your Exhibitor Packet will be sent 7-10 days prior to the Fair.
